10 Mouthwatering No Bake Dessert

It’s hot July, and no one want to stand in front of oven to fulfill their dessert need. I love desserts that’s why, I always try different recipes of desserts. If you want to easy and delicious dessert in a quick way without burning in heat than here, you go. Here is a perfect list of no bake dessert.
Chocolate Ice cream Sandwich
- Graham crackers: 10 whole crackers
- Favorite flavored ice-cream: 10 scopes
- Chocolate bars: 5 bars
- Strawberry syrup: According to choice and need
Break every Graham cracker into 2 pieces and making 20 pieces. Place 10 Graham cracker pieces on a butter paper in a row. Place each scoop of ice-cream on each Graham cracker and cover each Graham piece and scoop with remaining Graham cracker pieces. Press down firmly and place them in freezer until they become settle.
Place a water pan on stove. When water start boiling place a chocolate bar bowl on pan and stir continuously until chocolate melts completely.
Dip each ice-cream sandwich in chocolate, cover them completely with chocolate and place them on butter paper. When done with all the sandwiches, place them again in freezer until chocolate is settled on sandwich. Serve with strawberry syrup.
Nutella no bake cookie
- Sugar: 2 cup
- Coco Powder: ¼ cup
- Milk: ½ Cup
- Peanut Butter: ¼ cup
- Nutella: ¼ cup
- Oats: 3 cup
- Butter (without salt): ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence: 1 Tsp
- Salt: 1 pinch
Mix margarine, sugar, milk, coco powder and cook it over medium heat. Boil for few minutes. Remove mixture from heat. Mix peanut butter, Nutella, oats, vanilla and salt in the mixture. Mix until all the things are combined well. Drop on butter paper with spoon and cool for 2 to 3 hours. You no make chocolates cookies are ready.
- Milk: 4 cups (1ltr)
- Whip cream: 2 cup
- Instant Vanilla Pudding: 3 ounce
- Chocolate Fudge: 1 bottle
- Coffee: 6 Tables spoon
- Caramel: 1 bottle
Mix milk and coffee until coffee get dissolved in milk. Stir this mix into pudding mix and let it set slightly. Now Fold it in ship gently.
Take 15 cavity popsicle mold. Spoon the mixture in the mold. Tap the mold gently so that mixture settle in the mold. Place the popsicle stick in to the mixture and let them freeze 10 to 12 hours.
When mixture freeze perfectly, let it out from the mold. Placing mold in hot water to loosen the popsicles. Slide them out from the mold and place them in freezer on wax paper tray.
Prepare magic caramel according the direction that is written back of the packet. Rest the caramel until it become lukewarm. Pour the caramel on popsicle and place them again in freezer. Freeze well and enjoy!
No bake cheese cake
- Vanilla wafers: 30 pieces
- Heavy cream: 2 cup
- Gelatin: 2 tablespoon
- Plain Yoghurt: 2 cup
- Cream Cheese: 10 ounce
- Roosted Almond :1 cup
- Plain butter: 4 tablespoon (melted)
- Vanilla Extract: 2 teaspoon
- Salt: ¼ teaspoon
Grind wafer and roasted almonds in a food processor until they become finely ground. Add unsalted melted butter and 2 tablespoon of sugar in it and process it until all the things are mix perfectly. Press the mixture in 9-inch pan and let it freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
Mix cream and gelatin in medium saucepan. Leave it for 10 minute. Cook this mixture over low heat for 5 minutes and stir continuously. Switch the heat off and cool the mixture for 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, salt and remaining sugar in the food processor. Mix it well until mixture become smooth. Add cream mixture in it and process it until well combined.
Pour this mixture on the freeze crust and smooth with a spatula. When it became settled, cover it with plastic wrap and chill it for 1 day. Serve it when settled perfectly.
Peanut butter fudge
- Peanut Butter: 1 cup
- Plain Butter: 1 cup
- Sugar: 4 cups (perfectly grinded)
- Salt: 2 pinches
- Vanilla Extract: 2 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips/peanuts: ½ cup
Melt peanut butter and plain butter together on a low heat with stirring continuously. When peanut butter and plain butter melt completely and mix well add grinded sugar, salt, vanilla extract and your favorite crunch (Chocolates chip or peanuts). Mix all things perfectly until biscuit like dough form.
Place aluminum foil in 9 inches baking pan. Leave overhand foil on the sides of the mold to lift the fudge easily. Pour fudge into aluminum foil cover pan and smooth the top of the fudge with the help of back of spatula. Cover it with aluminum foil perfectly and chill it for at least 6 hours. Cut fudge into pieces and serve.
Strawberry ice-cream pie
- Pie crust baked: 1 (completely chilled)
- Strawberries: 1 kg (sliced)
- Cream cheese: 1 block (7 to 8 ounces)
- Whip cream: ¾ cup
- Sugar: 1 ½ cup
- Corn starch: 4 teaspoon
- Strawberry gelatin: 1 packet (3 to 4 ounces)
- Lemon juice: 2 Tablespoon
- Water: 1 cup
Pour ¾ cup sugar in large bowl. Add cream cheese in it and beat until smooth. Add whip cream and beat again until a peak form. Add lemon juice and spread it onto bottom of the cooled pie crust. Make a layers of cheese cream mixture and strawberry slices in crust and leave it for settled.
In a small sauce pan, mix water, remaining sugar and cornstarch over low heat. Stir constantly. When it starts boiling cook more 1 to 2 minutes until it has become clear and thick. Add gelatin in this thick mixture and stir it until gelatin dissolve completely.
Pour this mixture on layers which are settled it cooled pie crust. Pour evenly so all strawberry slices are cover completely. Chilled it in fridge for 4 to 5 hours. When it chilled completely, slice and enjoy.
Banana pudding trifle
- Whole milk: 1ltr (4 cups)
- Banana pudding: 2 packets (3 to 3.4 oz.)
- Whip cream: 4 cups
- Sugar: ¼ cup (powdered)
- Prepared cake: 1 pound
- Banana: ½ dozen (6 bananas, sliced)
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoon
- Vanilla wafers: 1 box
Make a banana pudding with milk and pudding mix according to direction available back of the packet. When it became cool, stir banana slices in it. In a large bowl beat whip cream until stiff peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla in it and beat until again stiff peaks are form.
In your trifle bowl make layers. First half the cake and make a layer of cake first, then make a layer of pudding containing banana sliced, third, layer of whipping cream and make a fourth layer of crushed wafers. Repeat the pattern.
Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy.
Raw chocolate fudge balls
- Dates: 1 ½ cup (seed removed)
- Coco powder: 4 tablespoon
- Chocolate chips: ½ cup
- Coconut: ½ cup (shredded)
- Salt: 2 pinches
Combine dates, coco powder, and salt in food processor and process it until completely smooth. Scoop the mixture in the bowl and freeze it until date scoop has become firm. Pour coconut and chocolate chips in flat plate.
Rolled date’s scoop in coconut and chocolate chip. Freeze them for a while and eat. (you can eat these scoop plain, also).
Chocolate peanut butter banana pops
French hot chocolate
- Bittersweet Chocolate: 2 bar (finely chopped)
- Whole milk: 2 cup
- Brown sugar: to taste
Heat milk on low heat in medium sauce pan. When milk is warm add chopped chocolate in warm milk slowly. Turn the heat off, when chocolate milk slightly cool down pour it in long neck glasses.
Add brown sugar in it and serve.
- Dates: 1 kg
- Plain biscuit: 3 rolls
Remove seed from all dates and mash them completely from the back of the spoon. Break biscuits in 4 or 5 pieces. Mix dates pulp and biscuit pieces perfectly.
Make small balls from this fudge and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve with plain cream.
