13-Day Diet That Helps You Lose Up Weight

The easiest thing is to gain weight and the most difficult thing is to lose extra weight. Weight gain is very common nowadays due to the dirty food and lots of chemical-containing packed food. There are many diets that help you to lose weight in fewer days. Like a detox diet, protein diet etc. But there are very fewer diets that help you to lose weight with fewer side effects. Today I tell you the 13 days diet plan to lose weight. You may lose weight with this diet up to 10 to 12 pounds.

The diet consists of a low calories and carbohydrate intake with a chemically formulated combination of foods which helps you to lose weight easily with clean and healthy food. It also helps to fasten your metabolism rate due to this that food you eat is getting out of your body and don’t make you fat. The only thing you have to do is you should follow this diet as it is, without any cheating and bad dieting.

Day 1

Breakfast: Coffee (Black)

Lunch: 2 eggs, cooked spinach 1 bowl

Dinner: Grilled steak 100gm

Day 2

Breakfast : Coffee (Black) and wheat ,wholemeal or Brown toast (1-3 slices)

Lunch : 100 gm Grilled steak, green salad and fruit

Dinner : Chicken ( 2 medium pieces)

Day 3

Breakfast: : Coffee (Black) and wheat ,wholemeal or Brown toast (1-3 slices)

Lunch : 2 eggs, 1 tomato and 1 cup Green beans (or capsicum)

Dinner : 100gm Chicken and 1 bowl Green salad

Day 4

Breakfast : : Coffee (Black) and wheat ,wholemeal or Brown toast (1-3 slices)

Lunch : 1 cup Cooked/raw carrots and 35gm cheese

Dinner : 1 cup Fruit salad and 200 gm plain yogurt

Day 5

Breakfast: 1 cup Carrots, 1 lemon and coffee (black)

Lunch: 100 gm Grilled white meat (fish/chicken) and 1 raw Tomato

Dinner : 100 gm Grilled steak + green salad (1 bowl)

Day 6

Breakfast: Coffee (Black) and wholemeal wheat Bread or brown toast (1 slice)

Lunch: Grilled without skin chicken ( 2 medium pieces)

Dinner : 2 eggs and 1 cup carrots

Day 7

Breakfast: Lemon tea

Lunch: 100 gram Grilled steak and fruit(2 in quantity (apple, peach, banana etc.)

Dinner: Anything you want to but low carbs

Day 8

Breakfast : Coffee (Black) only

Lunch: 2 eggs, cooked spinach (1 bowl)

Dinner: 10gm Grilled steak

Day 9

Breakfast: Coffee (Black) and wholemeal wheat Bread or brown toast (1 slice)

Lunch : 100 gm Grilled steak and 1 bowl Green salad

Dinner: Chicken (2 medium pieces)

Day 10

Breakfast: Coffee (Black) and wholemeal wheat Bread or brown toast (1 slice)

Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 tomato and 1 bowl green salad

Dinner: 100gm Chicken and 1 bowl green salad

Day 11

Breakfast: Coffee (Black) and wholemeal wheat Bread or brown toast (1 slice)

Lunch: 1 cup Cooked/raw carrots and 35gm cheese

Dinner: 1 cup Fruit salad and 200 plain yogurt

Day 12

Breakfast: 1 cup Carrots and lemon juice

Lunch: 100 gm Grilled white fish/chicken and 1 raw tomato

Dinner: 100 gm Grilled steak + 1 bowl green salad

Day 13

Breakfast: Coffee (Black) and wholemeal wheat Bread or brown toast

Lunch: Grilled tomato, de-skinned chicken (as much as you like)

Dinner: 2 eggs and 1 cup carrots

Diet Rules

  • Coffee cannot be replaced or missed.
  • Use Whole wheat bread if not available use bran bread
  • Steak can only be of lamb, mutton, and beef. You can use minced meat too. You can boil, bake grill or cook in pan with no oil
  • Milk, sugar and Oil not allowed. You can use sweetener.
  • All spices are allowed including spice mixes, onion, ginger garlic and lemon can be used in recipes
  • Fruit salad means pear and apple
  • Min 2 liters of water should be consumed daily
  • No ketchup only sauces preferably Tabasco sauce or any sauce with no fat and sugar
  • No snacking in between meals. No chewing gum. Only 3 meals in a day.
  • Diet can be repeated after min 4 weeks. Gap between r2-r3 min 8 weeks, r3-r4 min 16 weeks.
  • No exercise required
  • Better start the diet just after your periods are over.
  • Diet is not suitable for people who have less than 7kgs to lose or the ones with any health/medical issues or symptoms. Also not suitable for pregnant ladies and breastfeeding mothers.
  • Ladies who are having periods please start the diet after your periods have finished, if your periods unexpectedly start between the diets carry on with the diet if your body allows you, else quit.
