Beef: 1 kg (minced)
Lasagna sticks: 4 ounce
Tomato: 2 (crushed)
Parsley: 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Onion: ¾ cup (chopped)
Garlic: 1 teaspoon (minced)
Tomato paste: 1 cup
Oregano leaves: 4 to 7 (chopped)
Salt: to taste
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: to taste
Ricotta cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
Olive oil: 2 tablespoon
Water: 2 cup
In large pan add oil, beef and onion and light brown it.
Add tomatoes, parsley, garlic, tomato paste, oregano, salt, sugar and black pepper. Simmer uncovered and stirring about 25 minutes.
Boil lasagna as directed. Drain when it has done.
Take oven baking pan greased with oil. Place layers of lasagna, sauce, beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese alternatively. End with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until it becomes slightly brown and bubbling.
