Roast Sticky Meat Style Recipe

Meat (Chicken, Beef, Mutton) : 2kg piece (whole)
Onion: 2 (medium)
Onion powder: ½ tablespoon
Garlic powder: ¼ tablespoon
Thyme: ½ tablespoon
Paprika: 1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper: ¼ tablespoon
White pepper: ½ tablespoon
Black pepper: ½ tablespoon
Salt: to taste
In a small bowl, mix together onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, white pepper, black pepper and salt.
Wash meat properly and rub this mixture on beef meat on all sides with your hand properly.
Wrap in a foil paper and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 to 6 hours.
Preheat oven and place meat in it. Sprinkle onion slices on it.
Bake uncovered for 5 to 6 hours on slow heat. When meat becomes tender, out it from oven.
Serve immediately with boil rice.
